Return Policy

Supreme Protein products have been formulated and produced to the highest quality standards, which is why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the products. If you are dissatisfied with the experience you have had, please let us know about it so that we can rectify the situation for you. If you suspect that the quality of the product is not right, please hold on to the product, note the lot number printed on the container and then contact our Consumer Hotline by phone or reach us via the website to let us know about the situation. Depending upon the situation, we will collaborate to find the best solution for you.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All refunds related to returns that are not a result of our error will have the original Shipping and Handling fee removed from the total refund amount. You will also be responsible for return shipping charges back to our facility.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
